The C L Ranch is a luxury estate located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Centrally located in Fischer, Texas, this spectacular home is minutes from all of the most popular area attractions such as Wimberley’s art and shopping scene, New Braunfels river tubing, Greune...(need we say more?), Blanco’s antiques and lavender farms, and Canyon Lake for all sorts of water activities!

The layout of this home was expertly designed and is perfect for multiple families to enjoy without encroaching on each other’s space. This six bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home boasts two separate wings, each with it’s own master suite and two additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The central portion of the home offers a huge gourmet kitchen, a grand living area with floor to ceiling windows that provide a commanding view of the breathtaking outdoor space and the incredible view beyond. Up the custom carved spiral staircase, guests will find a game room with something for everyone. Guests can enjoy games ranging from billiards to arcade games. This fantastic addition can be closed off to the downstairs or open up as a balcony to the living area below. Overflow guests can also stay in comfort in the flex room that has a queen sized Murphy bed.

The outdoor space is expansive and luxurious! The custom swimming pool is a focal point where many hours can be enjoyed with friends and family. The outdoor kitchen is a grill master’s dream, and with the ample seating and outdoor dining spaces, guests are invited to fully enjoy the space in true vacation style! On cool evenings, the freestanding hot tub is beautifully situated to take in the view of the hills or stargaze on a clear night. The fire pit is another favorite spot for s’mores or just stories around the fire.

Windows leaking and missing items

Know that during a rainstorm the windows facing the pool in the large room were leaking down the walls. The floors, rugs, and mats were not clean. The autofill water equipment screeches awful when filling the pool. Missing key kitchen items- wash rags and drying towels, mixing spatula, cookware utensils, and steak knives. Loved the furniture selection and overall decor. Beautiful view, pool, and home. Great location.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for our gathering. The pool was great and so were all of the amenities. It does take awhile for the house to cool down but that’s to be expected in a house this size in the heat of TX summer. There were a couple scorpions and centipedes (again, to be expected in the Tx hill country), so just be cautious when barefoot! We would definitely book this place again! The views were beautiful.

Work Strategy Retreat

I would highly recommend the CL Ranch property to anyone looking for a nice getaway. Awesome house with all amenities included. Very secluded but you can get back to civilization in no time at all. The picture does the property no justice. The views off the back deck are amazing. Great property whether you have 2 people or over 10.

Do not rent this home or ANY home from Hill Country Premier Lodging!

Our stay at this property was the single worst VRBO rental experience of my life. I had rented what I thought was going to be a beautiful home for a corporate leadership retreat. The first thing you should know is that the listing pictures are absolutely not an accurate representation of the quality and current condition of this home. The second most important thing to know is that once HCPL has your money, they couldn't care less about your stay or your experience at their property. Our problems started from the moment we stepped foot in the house and carried through to check-out at the end of the weekend. Below are just some of the highlights: - Dead scorpions throughout the house upon check-in AFTER cleaning crew had just left. - Doorknobs falling off bedroom doors. - Broken shower heads running water at full blast and unable to be turned off for 24 hours. This required professional plumbers to come in and fix it after the HCPL maintenance tech couldn't fix the issue resulting in the loss of a full day of relaxation and enjoyment of our guests. - Broken appliances in the outdoor kitchen/pool area - Weeds and overgrown flower beds throughout (pool area not at all as clean and pretty as pictured) What made this situation the worst is how HCPL handled our complaints after our stay. They didn't care and offered no credit or consideration for the many inconveniences and misrepresentations. For more information, google HCPL and read the many similar, 1 star reviews.

Great relaxing bachelorette weekend

The house had plenty of space for all of us. Comfy beds. Great views. Pool and hot tub were great and the grill worked once we figured out the gas line. A few minor issues but the management was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Family Getaway

The house was great. Loved the bedrooms all on the first floor. Grandkids enjoyed the toys and the pool. Plenty of space to eat together. Could have used at least one more roll of toilet paper. Had none in our bathroom and perhaps a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The back door handle is very loose. We all had a great time and would visit there again.

House is beautiful but refrigerator wasn’t working , Wi-Fi was very slow , pillows in property had stains on them and bbq was super dirty , wouldn’t rent this again , pictures are very deceiving

Beautiful home and location

This is a beautiful home and location. The house is fully equipped we enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. The hot tub was already warm and the view was incredible. We had an issue getting into the house but the issue was resolved quickly. I don’t like to complain but the only issue we had was the long black hair in one of the master bathrooms and the shower in one of the Jack and Jill bathrooms. Otherwise this was a perfect home and would definitely go back.

Love this property!

The home was spacious with many inside and outside places to congregate for our 12 member group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as well! And the view from the patio was wonderful! The pool was just the right size. The property was well cared for and the property management company responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this property and hope to come back for another stay!

Absolutely fabulous house!

The house was amazing!! Everyone who came thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The rooms were spacious and kitchen was gorgeous with state of the art appliances which was awesome to cook on etc. We are now planning to rent this house every year around this time of year and make it an annual tradition!! Thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful home!!!

Great Gateway

The property is as described. Great way to spend time with your family and friends. Very secluded but close to the canon lake marina. Recommend to everyone that needs a time off on area that is quite and fun. The space is very accommodating. Most importantly they are very responsible and responsive when you have a question or need something. We will definitely come back

We couldn’t have been happier with this gorgeous house. Quiet, beautiful stars, incredibly comfortable, clean, modern home. The layout is perfect for large families, and multi-family stays. Just the best getaway weekend we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back for another stay!
