"Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view. "

"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"The room was cool and quiet. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available. The condo had a TV and Wi-Fi and games available to play. Having a full kitchen was nice to be able to buy groceries and not eat out every night. The pool and hot tub across the street were excellent and the staff was friendly."

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
