"The room was not clean, it has stains, tea cup was dirty, bathroom door has mould and liquid soap in bathroom was broken. The corridor had a bad smell while going to room. Room was not clean and was dirty and heater was not working"

"I’ve stayed in the Hex home many times now. I love visiting the Yorkshire Wildlife Park & try to go for a couple of days at a time. Staying on the site is ideal.
