I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. Affordable Luxury Town Home in Federal Hill Baltimore.
Location was great, within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the Inner Harbor/Aquarium, as well as lots of restaurants. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. It could use some hooks on entry wall for hanging coats, and hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, but otherwise ...
