Comfortable and bright three-room apartment on the first floor, in a hilly area 10 minutes by car from the center and the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds in the attic and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. The apartment is structured on two floors. The upper floor is attic and, coming up the stairs from the living area, there is a first open space where on the right are the two single beds (which can be combined with a double bed on request) and then the bathroom. This attic space is not private, closed with a door, but is connected with the stairs that lead to the kitchen. Instead, on the other side of the stairs, on the left, there is a double bedroom, with an attic at a reduced height, which can be closed with the door.
To go from the double bedroom to the bathroom you have to go in front of the twin beds.
The apartment is accessible by stairs only. The sleeping area for this apartment is located in the low-rise attic (loft).
A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.
