A Home to Relax and Unwind
This clever little space is set up for cosy, easygoing breaks. The snug bedroom has a plush grey upholstered headboard sitting beneath industrial pipe-style lamps, with a glittering string of fairy lights overhead for a warm, twinkly glow. French doors open straight onto your own walled garden, where a rattan sofa on the paved patio catches the afternoon sun and a neat artificial lawn stretches out beyond.

The Layout
• Bedroom 1 – Double bed, upholstered headboard, industrial pipe lamps and fairy lights.

• Shower room – Grey vanity unit, large tray rainfall shower with handheld option, heated towel rail and soft towels.

• Tea and coffee station – Kettle, mugs and the basics for your first brew, with wall-mounted shelving. Please note there is no kitchen on site.

• Outdoor space – Fully enclosed private garden with paved patio, rattan sofa sun-trap seating and a large artificial grass area, accessed via French doors.

You will be staying right in the heart of Filey, a charming seaside town on the North Yorkshire coast known for its golden sands, traditional pubs and easygoing pace. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, so you really won`t need a car once you arrive.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is a compact tiny home best suited to two guests looking for a cosy, glamping-style coastal escape, so please pack and plan with that scale in mind. There is no kitchen on site, so meals are best built around the many nearby cafes, pubs and restaurants, with a handy tea and coffee station provided indoors. The bathroom features a large tray rainfall shower rather than a bath. There is no on-site parking, but pay and display car parks are available nearby in the town centre and along the seafront. Check-in is a smooth self check-in via lockbox, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Please note no pets, no smoking anywhere on the property, and a maximum of 2 guests, which is the absolute limit and includes any visitors.

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled up to 60 days before arrival.

Please note that this is a compact boutique glamping pod designed for couples. The space is intentionally cozy, with approximately 6 inches of clearance at the end of the bed leading to the ensuite. Guests seeking a larger living area may prefer one of our cottages or apartments.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found (including odour, cigarette ends, ash, or vaping residue), a minimum charge of £200 will apply to cover specialist deep cleaning and deodorising. Where additional cleaning, repairs, or loss of income exceed this amount, the actual costs incurred may also be charged.

Maximum 2 guests; the listed capacity is the absolute limit and includes any visitors.

Please treat the space with care and leave it as you would hope to find it. Switch off the lights, TV and heating when you head out, and pop any rubbish in the bins provided. Please also keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, so the neighbours can rest easy.
