Pets are allowed and must be pre-approved by owner: $200 pet fee each pet, per pet pet stay. Terms and conditions in the rental agreement shall supersede everything in the listing unless agreed upon otherwise.

• 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in.
