La Bastide de Larrouy

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Fieux, this charming house (old farm) of lime pit foot, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 000 m² and two terraces. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV and sofas
- A dining room that can accommodate 6 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower.
-Separate toilet.

Adjoining the house:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful unfenced garden of 10,000 m².
- A first terrace facing South-West of about 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A second terrace facing East of about 50 m² and a shade sail.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Fieux, in a very pleasant environment. In the surrounding towns, you will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Tourist sites: 10 km (Nérac) on the banks of the Baïse river, castle, LUD'O PARC aquatic leisure centre, horse riding centre. At 20 km (Roquefort) WALYGATOR amusement park (ex-WALIBI).
- Sporting activities: mountain biking, hiking...
- Events: Night market once a week in Nérac and open air cinema in the summer. Bandas festival in Condom (about 25 km) in mid-May. Election of the king of liars in Moncrabeau around 15/08...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the unenclosed garage (1 vehicle and bicycles) or under the private 15×6 m awning of the house, which can accommodate cars.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Agen train station located about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport located about 1h15 by car.

Other remarks:
- The use of chimneys is prohibited.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The house is located in the countryside and therefore close to wildlife (deer, wild boars, foxes, rabbits, mice, etc.
