"The view of the Lauterbrunnen valley is the most positive aspect of this chalet. The chalet is roomy. Lots of USB ports are available. The basics were provided in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were located in the basement and worked great. The outside patio was delightful. The chalet is not located in downtown Lauterbrunnen but quite a ways out of town. "Wir haben die Woche im Chalet Weitblick sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Geschirr sehr schmutzig. Wir mussten praktisch alles abwaschen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Ist jedoch der einzige negative Punkt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen."

"Das Chalet ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es lebt sich gemütlich auf der oberen Etage (offene äs Wohnen/essen/kochen). Super freundliche Eigentümerin sehr hilfreich."

"Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. "The photos of the property do not do it justice. It is FANTASTIC. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a trip to our beloved Grindelwald. My 86 year old dad traveled with us. We got a hotel by the train station (the Derby) at which we've enjoyed staying on previous trips. He would not have handled the 45 steps to Chalet M very well. "The property was in a location close to Grindewald Terminal train station and Grindewald Gund bus stop. The chalet was well maintained and had beautiful views of the mountains. It was away from the "main" street of downtown Grindewald which provided a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. The property owner was quick to respond with a couple of needs we had. It was overall an excellent experience."
