"This is a beautiful villa, pool and garden in a countryside setting, a few minutes drive from San Nicola L'Arena. The hosting family live in the other half of the property but give you complete privacy. A car is essential and we used it as a base to visit Monreale, Mondello, Castellmare del Golfo, Cefalu, Palermo, Trapani, Erice and Segesta. There are good local supermarkets and restaurants in San Nicola. In summary, a great holiday,"

"La maison de Paolo est magnifique, au calme et avec une jolie vue mer. Les 3 terrasses extérieures permettent de profiter du soleil a chaque moment de la journée et le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus. The villa is comfortable although dated. It features a large dining table. The kitchen is small and old. Internet service is good but the small TV does not support streaming services, just Italian channels. Be aware that two villas (this one and the one below) share the common area near the rocky shore.
