The studio is located on the first floor of a recently renovated ancient building, without a lift.



It accommodates three people in 36 square meters of space; there is an internal step that divides the living area from the sleeping area.

The apartment overlooks the covered market and although it is in a central position it remains very quiet.



The apartment can accommodate children (children's gate to prevent access to the raised bed and cover sockets in unused sockets).



Living area: kitchen equipped with coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and kitchen utensils.

Sleeping area: raised double bed with gate, folding single bed and television.

Bathroom: shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

Other services available: split air conditioning, unlimited free wifi, iron board, clothes rack and clothes hanger.



Parking not available but possibility of parking Borgoricco multi-storey at 50m or many other possibilities, generally free from 08:00 pm to 07:00 am.



Upon arrival, the tourist tax of € 1.50 per night per person will be collected in cash for the first five days of stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

We are in the historic center and you can easily reach all monuments of tourist interest on foot!

The apartment is located on the border of the ZTL area, it is possible to arrive safely by car up to the covered market, which is just a few meters from the apartment.
