Ferrara Center Bi-level Beauty Apartment

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is spread over two levels. There are 20 steps inside to reach the bedroom and bathroom.

With 52 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 5 people, featuring one bedroom (with a double bed and a fold-away single bed) and a living room with a sofa bed.



We are located in the medieval district of Ferrara.

Free parking is available along Corso Isonzo or Ex Mof, or for a fee at the Ripagrande Parking Lot.



The interior is laid out as follows:



First floor.

LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, TV. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, dining table, refrigerator and freezer, moka pot, washing machine and dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave and conventional oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.



Second floor.

BEDROOM. Double bed, fold-away single bed, TV, and closet. Split-system AC.

BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Independent heating.



USEFUL INFORMATION:

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Ferrara.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

KEY PICKUP:

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



NOTE: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



Once you’ve completed these steps, instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent to you.



PLEASE NOTE: Recycling and waste disposal are MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

Any missing items will be charged at checkout.



- From the Ferrara train station, you can take several buses (including buses 1, 6, 9, 11, and 331) to the “Cavour P. Beretta” stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment from the station in less than 15 minutes.



- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in about 40 minutes by car or taxi;



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free on Corso Isonzo or at the free EX MOF parking lot (space NOT guaranteed and cannot be reserved).
