This 110-square-meter villa, featuring a large garden, a terrace, a spacious barbecue with a pizza oven, and a trampoline—all set amid green spaces within a private residential complex—is ideal for a family vacation between Paris and Disneyland. It can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms with built-in storage, and features a large living room with a TV, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with a toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom with a toilet upstairs.

Private residence with large green spaces, crossed by a stream leading to a pond 500 meters away (fishing permitted with a license). The small town center of Lésigny is 1,500 meters away, featuring a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. A golf course and equestrian center are 4 km away. Shopping center and RER station 10 minutes away by car. The La Francilienne (A104) highway is 5 minutes from the property, providing easy access to the A4 toward Paris or Disneyland.

You won’t be on your own here: a caretaker will welcome you, and you’ll conduct the property inspection together upon arrival. We’ll be available if needed during your stay.

You’ll have access to the entire property, consisting of the main part of the house and its large backyard. You’ll share the parking spaces (free) and the gate to the property with any occupants of the small detached house located at the front.

The accommodations are located in a private residence where people come to enjoy peace and quiet. Families and professionals are welcome to enjoy a peaceful stay, but we do not accept reservations intended for parties or events, as they may result in cancellation.
