The lodge is 3 hours boat ride from Iquitos, Peru deep in the Amazon & is the perfect spot to experience the real rainforest. Animals were abundant and truly wild unlike some lodges closer to Iquitos which have captive animals.
The lodge was very remote, I felt my smallness in the grand scheme of the Universe. If you get a chance go, the guides are AMAZING!! #green #peru #wilderness #amazon

We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.
