Potter Cottage - Beautiful Serene Setting

  • The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was been completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! The home has three bedrooms, three full baths, the basement also has two sets of bunk beds, a media area, and Queen Murphy Bed to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views from the two decks this home has to offer!

    There are two rooms on the main floor with Two Queen beds in Each. There is a primary bedroom on the upper floor with a King bed, crib, and en suite bathroom. There are two sets of bunk beds and a Queen murphy bed in the basement with a full bath.

    Guests will access the property with a keypad combination lock

    We will give you your privacy, but if a problem arrises, we will be there quickly to handle it.

    The two car garage has been converted into a recreational room with a ping pong table, pool table, poker table and TV.

Perfect for three families to share. We had a blast at holiday world and splashin safari. The drone show is a must! The amenities, hospitality and convenience make this one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back!

We loved this property. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were many charging stations, sufficient streaming options, and close to Holiday World. We loved the play room and took advantage of fishing in the pond. We can’t wait to go back next year and hope this property is available for us to use again!!

Owner pays attention to details, it was supplied well. It was roomy, and quiet rural area as it’s set back from the main road. The location to holiday world was great! A 5 minute drive allowed for time to come back and nap toddlers and eat and go back for the evening. I highly recommend a stay here.

The cottage was a pleasure to visit. There's tons of room, kitchen is very well appointed, the layout of the house left plenty of room for large families. There is a game room, fishing, outdoor space and a grill area . Would highly recommend the cottage for Holiday World. Just a few minutes from the gate. Loved the welcome basket and coffee bar set up. They're incredible hosts.

Beautiful scenery, great space for a family, lots to to do! Pool table, ping pong, poker table, lots of tvs, great space by the lake! Even the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Holiday World. It really was 5 minutes away from the park. So clean with lots of sleeping options. Love the huge dining table . So many options for entertaining the kids or relaxing. My husband caught a 8" bass on first cast. Only improvement would be a swing or two for the younger children. We did have a quirky electrical issue while there but Emily answered my text promptly at 11pm. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house is amazing. We have stayed here several times. Emily Thank You for responding so quickly when I texted or called. We are going to try and get the house fir next year. This is a place you can't go wrong with. We have various ages in our group and they all can't wait to come back. Thank you Emily for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. All the added touches were awesome.

Convenient and beautiful location very close to Holiday World, Lincoln State Park, and St. Meinrad’s. The house is clean and spacious with charmingly decorated interior. Our children loved exploring the pond, which was teeming with cute turtles and birds. The home is just off a main road but set back enough to be very peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, too. When we were stuck indoors, the activity room provided hours of entertainment! 100% recommended.

Excellent gathering space. Loved the multiple hangout locations for the kids: basement bunk room and garage. We brought air mattresses for our bigger kids in the bunk room. It’s nice and dark. They all slept in until 8am. House details were so thoughtful. Attention to detail at every turn! Would highly recommend!
