Dollybrook 9: Captain's Lodge | Hot Tub & Pool

Captain's Lodge is a newly remodeled woodland cottage designed for comfort and relaxed gathering. Accommodating up to six guests, this retreat offers a peaceful setting within the 34-acre DollyBrook property while providing both shared living space and private sleeping areas.

Inside, the cottage features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, offering flexibility for families or small groups. The main level includes a king bedroom, while two additional bedrooms are located upstairs — one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience for guests.

The living area includes comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming (no cable), creating an inviting space to unwind. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals, from simple breakfasts to shared dinners.

Outdoors, enjoy a private patio with seating and BBQ grill. Cottage 9 also includes a private hot tub and private fire pit, offering space to relax and reconnect beneath the trees.

Guests have full access to DollyBrook's shared resort amenities across the property.

The cottages use a well and septic system.

The water is safe to drink but may have a unique taste. You may want to bring bottled water if you're not accustomed to it.
