Summary:

Need a place for multiple groups or families? Stay together on the same property with the convenience of three separate homes with a sparkling pool and hot tub. There are two main homes. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath ("Redwood Oasis" and "Redwood Grove"). A bonus studio cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bath ("Redwood Nook"). Ample driveway parking (up to 7 cars). Outdoor patio areas for full sun poolside lounging, grilling on the BBQ, fire pit - a nice ambience both day and night!



The Space:

Each home is newly remodeled and modern. The "Redwood Oasis" home has views of the sparkling blue pool off the living and dining areas. Inside you'll find the master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with three twin beds (bunk and single). On the other side of the pool is "Redwood Grove" - A home with two bedrooms (one with a king bed plus garden view and another with a queen bed plus office nook), and private enclosed patio. "Redwood Nook" is a cozy studio bedroom with a kitchenette and bath with a front entrance facing the backyard. All homes are fully stocked with all your cooking and dining essentials. Around the pool you'll find sun loungers, pool toys, BBQ grill and fire pit.



Guest Access:

The entire property including all three homes, pool, hot tub, backyard and driveways. Only the garage and shed are not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a charming rural mountain town and is within walking distance (8 min walk) to Henry Cowell State Redwood Park, home to old growth forests, spectacular redwood giants, and picturesque hiking and biking trails. Next door to the state park is Roaring Camp Railroads offering steam train rides through the redwoods and activities for children in their western style train station. You are close to downtown Felton's quaint boutique shops and gourmet eateries. Just a quick 20 minute drive to Santa Cruz beaches, Boardwalk amusement park and more.



Getting Around:

Parking is easy in and around Felton. If you enjoy walking, you can easily walk 10-20 minutes to Henry Cowell State Park, Felton Library, Farmer's market (seasonal) and downtown Felton shops and restaurants. Otherwise, they are just a few minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

Up to two dogs (under 50 lbs each) are welcome—$50 per pet. All pets must be house-trained, crated if left unattended, leashed when outdoors, and kept off furniture and beds.



Please note: During winter storms or high winds, the area may occasionally experience power or internet outages.



For safety, pool use is not permitted during heavy rain or storms. Pool hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. Guests requesting pool heating must do so at least 24 hours in advance; a daily heating fee applies with a two-day minimum. (The pool will not be heated on check-out day.)



Laundry use is unavailable during the winter rainy season.



Your stay also includes exclusive use of the hot tub, nestled in the serene backyard retreat. Gate entry instructions can be found in the house binder. To help us maintain a peaceful environment, please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM
