Redwood Oasis - Private Heated Pool by State Park!

Summary:

Welcome to your home away from home, located in a nice neighborhood near Henry Cowell State Redwood Park. This entire home features newly remodeled 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and dine-in kitchen overlooking a glimmering pool, heated upon request (extra fee) for your dedicated and private use. Centrally located near downtown Felton, you're also just a short drive to many local, family-friendly attractions.



The Space:

Open the front door and you will walk into the living room, kitchen & dining areas that overlook the sparkling clean swimming pool. Pool towels and toys are provided for your enjoyment. Your home features two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king memory foam bed, work desk, wardrobe organizer and TV. Under the king bed you will find the baby bath, travel crib and luggage stands. The second bedroom has 3 twin memory foam beds (1 bunk bed and 1 single). A retro arcade gaming experience with 1,000+ games is connected to the TV in this bedroom. There is a dresser with some children's books. The modern bathroom includes all your toiletries and fresh clean towels.



Guest Access:

The entire home and swimming pool is for you only! The oval pool is roughly 15' x 30' and is for your private use. The pool is not shared with others.



There is a second rental home, not included, called "Redwood Grove". It flanks the other side of the pool and it is separated and closed off from the pool area. If rented together with Redwood Oasis, Redwood Grove can also access the pool area through a locked gate.



This home offers two off-street parking spaces for compact to mid-sized cars in front of the home, reserved just for you. Do not block the long driveway to the second home.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of a charming mountain town, this studio is just a short walk from Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, home to awe-inspiring old-growth redwoods and scenic trails. Right next door, Roaring Camp Railroads offers nostalgic steam train rides through the forest, plus family-friendly activities in its western-style station.



You’ll also be close to popular trails like Fall Creek, known for its fern-covered canyons and tranquil creekside paths. Downtown Felton is just minutes away and full of character, featuring unique boutiques, artisan coffee shops, and delicious local dining.



Looking for some sun and surf? Santa Cruz beaches, the Boardwalk, and coastal attractions are an easy 20-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

Parking is easy and accessible in and around Felton. If you enjoy walking, you’re just a 10–20 minute stroll from Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, the Felton Library, seasonal farmers market, and downtown shops and restaurants. Prefer to drive? All are just a few minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pets

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome. Pet fee: $50 per dog.

Dogs must be house-trained, crated if left alone, leashed when outside, and are not allowed on furniture or beds.



⚡️ Power & Internet

This mountain area is prone to occasional power or internet outages, especially during winter storms or high winds. These are typically brief and resolved quickly.



🏊‍♀️ Pool use is prohibited during heavy rain and storms. Guests must request pool heating at least 24 hours before their stay. Pool heating daily fee varies seasonally, with higher fees typically applied during the cooler months and lower fees in warmer months due to fluctuating costs (typically $49 - $89 per day). Please note, the pool will not be heated on check-out day.
