"Upon check in, I asked the receptionist if she had a nice room for me… she didn’t even reply… I checked in, there was hair all over the floor, the room obviously wasn’t vacuumed. "Det var andra gången vi bodde där. Första gången över nyår 2025-26 och tyckte att det var så pass bra så vi tog samma boende igen fast en vecka på sommaren denna gång.
