"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season.
1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

"The room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and we were able to relax on the furniture near the pool. There were plenty of pool towels to use. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options for the kids. The waffle maker was a hit. The staff was very friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel."
