"Falkennest - mit Blick auf den Titisee" is a charming 2-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels on the top floor of the building, offering approximately 45 m2 of bright and cosy living space with beautiful furnishings and partly sloping ceilings. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an intimate retreat with a marvellous view of the mountains and the valley.

On the main level, a large living and sleeping room features 1 double sofabed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, along with a dining table for shared meals. A small kitchenette is located in the entrance area and is equipped with 1 induction hot plate, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level consists of a shower and WC. Please be aware that the large living and bedroom can only be moderately darkened due to its panoramic window.

The top floor is accessed via a steep staircase and features 1 large room with sloping ceilings containing 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The apartment benefits from wooden floors throughout and offers stunning panoramic views. There is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use, and one floor will remain inaccessible.
