VILLA GATONA is a modern and spacious luxury villa with airy and light decor and air-conditioning in all rooms.
This villa is for you if you wish to be within easy reach of beaches, golf, tennis and restaurants. Nestling amidst a 15.000 sqm almond and olive grove, just outside Cala d'Or. Ideal for 2-3 families and available all year.

Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room ( 43 sqm ) with a 3m. wooden dining table, Flatscreen Sat-TV, DVD player, CD music sound system and playstation 2. Three cushioned sofas by the fireplace and French doors opening to the poolside terraces. An open oak fitted Country kitchen with every conceivable extras including dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and gas hob. Wide doors opening to the dining terrace with BBQ, music and wifi. Bathroom and larder.
BEDROOM ONE and TWO: Two attractive twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom and french doors opening to the terrace.

Upstairs: From the inner hallway stairs lead up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
THREE : Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bathroom ensuite.
FOUR & FIVE : Twin bedrooms with a covered terrace with sofas and a shared bath room.
SIX: The beautiful master-bedroom has television, dressing area with fitted teak wardrobes and full bathroom with twin hand basins ensuite. French doors open the spacious upper sun terrace (38 sqm) with sun-loungers and pool view.

BED SIZES : 180 x 200 cm or 90 x 200 cm to join after wish - With toppers and double pillows.
SLEEPS : 6 bedrooms for 12 persons (16 with extra beds/cots for children, as we do arrange delivery of extra fold-out beds or cots for children (max. 4).

Wir waren mit 7 Personen 9 Nächte in der Villa Gatona. Die Villa ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit einem Care-Paket empfangen. Am nächsten Tag kam Lone für eine kurze Einweisung vorbei.Für uns war es perfekt.

Viel zu schnell ist diese wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Gatona vergangen. Wir waren gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern und zwei Enkelkindern hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Natürlich haben wir auch den Grill genutzt. Trotz des frühen Zeitpunktes im Jahr hatten wir bis zu 18 Grad.Die Betreuung durch Lone war bereits im Vorfeld der Anreise einmalig. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Herzlichen Dank im Namen der ganzen Familie!

Die Villa Gatona kann ich mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Villa bietet jede Menge Platz, sehr gehobene Ausstattung, sauber und vor allem hat es eine top Lage. Mann erreicht mehrere Buchten in nur 10 min Autofahrt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 min entfernt. Für mich Persönlich der perfekte Ort um Kraft zu tanken. Auch möchten wir uns bei der Gastgeberin bedanken die uns sehr freundlich, sehr positiv aufgenommen hat. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit der Familie, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wonderful Holiday

A spacious and comfortable villa in large well kept grounds. Fabulous pool which was very well maintained, and cleaned and checked regularly during our stay. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensured we could keep a comfortable temperature in the villa during a very hot spell of weather. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities well used. Access to a wide range of beaches fairly close by but cars are necessary. Ideal for a big family holiday.

Eine traumhafte Finca

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Gatona. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (5 & 3). Die Kids haben den Großteil der Zeit im großen und gepflegten Pool verbracht und wir konnten daneben entspannen. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet, hat bequeme Betten und nahezu jedes Zimmer auch ein eigenes Bad. Insgesamt ist alles sauber und gepflegt und wir haben absolut Nix vermisst. Die Betreuung durch Lone und Emilio hätte nicht besser sein können und war rundum sympathisch.

Ein traumhaft schöne und saubere Villa und so liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir waren zu 11 Leute eine Woche in der Villa. 6 Erwachsene und fünf Kinder zwischen 2-12Jahren. Die Villa ist super sauber, gut in schuss und hat eine fantastische Ausstattung. Sie ist auch so liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt. Die Außenanlage ist super gepflegt. Der Pool ist so schön und hat eine tolle Größe. Der Service und die Kommunikation war super und total liebevoll. Sobald wir doch noch etwas benötigt haben, wurde es sofort erledigt. Lone hat uns auch tolle Tipps für Reisemöglichkeiten gegeben. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und können es nur jedem Empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles! Katharina und Familie

Great villa, location and owner !

We had 12 people in the villa for a week (10 adults & 2 children) it was perfect for our needs. The villa worked for us, both inside and outside space, it was easy to reach Cala D'or (5 minutes by car) but also the surrounding areas with a trip back to Palma in one hour. It is worth having a car as taxis are slightly complicated as a villa pickup location (it is easy to get back there from CalaD'or.) ROIG provides a great car hire & transfer service at reasonable rates when needed. Final positive comment relates directly to the owner who was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you for making things so easy.

A Wonderful House

Vi var 13 personer som bodde i huset, i åldrarna 1-73 år. Det fungerade utmärkt. Ett rymligt hus med gott om plats, stort välutrustat kök och många sittplatser både inomhus och utomhus. Fräscha sängkläder och badrum. En fantastik pool och pool område. Kontakten med Lone var fantastiskt bra. Hon var alltid tillgänglig vid frågor. Hit åker vi gärna igen!

Toller Urlaub im Traumhaus!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten das Haus für 11 Tage gebucht und wurden von Anfang bis Ende positiv überrascht. Die Sauberkeit und die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung des Hauses haben uns sofort begeistert. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen, und die durchdachte Funktionalität des Hauses trug wesentlich zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Der Höhepunkt war definitiv der Traumgarten mit dem großzügigen Pool. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und einladend, und wir haben jede Minute in dieser entspannten Umgebung genossen. Die Vermieterin war äußerst nett und hilfreich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab sie uns wertvolle Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch besser machten. Sie kümmerte sich außerdem aufmerksam um alles, was wir benötigten. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch dem Team, das sich um den Garten und den Pool kümmerte. Sie waren sehr nett und immer darauf bedacht, uns nicht zu stören. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt! Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und diese wundervolle Erfahrung zu wiederholen. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Excellent, spacious Villa

There were 11 in our party across four generations, the Villa had enough space & facilities to accommodate all of us easily. It was clean, with plenty of out door space, with shade in many places throughout the day. Although the Villa is not far from Cala d’Or we’d suggest you hire a car. The host was nothing but helpful before & during our stay.

Wonderful Month at Villa Gatona

This house is beautiful and a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and sunny and spacious, the living room has a cozy fireplace which is a must in February. The property owner was so helpful and addressed all of our needs. Would definitely recommend this house to a group for an excellent experience in Mallorca.

Sehr großzügiges Objekt mit sehr funktionaler Ausstattung. Negativ ist uns die Müllentsorgung aufgestoßen, ca 1,5 km entfernte Müllkontainer.

Super schöne Villa !

Sehr schöne saubere Villa . Ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet . Die komplette Anlage und Pool sind sehr gepflegt . Die Kommunikation mit Lone ist top! Antwortet sehr schnell. Sehr guter Service . Sehr gute Lage , ein großer Supermarkt max 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt .

Beautiful Villa - Relaxing Holiday

This is a lovely villa in a quiet rural location, but a short walk/drive from the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Everyone loved the spacious villa which had everything we needed. Pool was great and much used, especially by the kids. The host Lone was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay, very helpful and prompt with her replies. Not a negative, but as noted by others, and advised by Lone herself, a car is highly recommended both for shopping and recycling trips. The town is a close walk but the road is not the best for pedestrians. All in all, highly recommended. My family and our friends would happily stay again.

Mad house 2022

We all enjoyed the property, there was enough room for us all to have space but could all be together, lovely outside space beautiful pool the pictures on the website don’t really do it justice!
