Villa Fasana Apartment 1 is a luxurious ground floor apartment of 93 m² where you can completely unwind. As soon as you step inside, you'll notice that everything is designed for comfort, privacy and convenience. The absolute highlight is undoubtedly the private swimming pool: entirely for yourself, directly next to your terrace and surrounded by a closed outdoor space of 100 m². This allows you to swim, sunbathe or relax undisturbed at any time of the day — without other guests around. This makes the swimming pool truly unique in Fažana, where private facilities are rarely found.



Inside, you have a modern kitchen with everything you need, a bright living room and three comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms have a double bed (160×200 cm) and the third room has two separate beds (90×200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and there is a separate toilet for extra convenience.



You also have a covered terrace of 30 m², air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a safe, two private parking spaces and all the facilities you need for a carefree stay. The beach is just 50 metres away and the centre of Fažana is 150 metres away, so everything is within reach.



Important: all facilities — including the swimming pool and the entire outdoor area — are exclusively for your use. You share nothing with other apartments, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will pay administrative costs, tourist tax, and a deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are renewed weekly. Bed linen and towels are included and replaced weekly.
