The Space:

Welcome to The Strickland Stopover, your comfortable and convenient home-away-from-home in Fayetteville! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for families, groups, and even your furry friends.



LIVING AREA:

• Unwind on the large sectional sofa in front of the cozy indoor fireplace (fireplace not for Guest use).

• Enjoy entertainment on one of three Smart TVs with high-speed internet (log in with your own

streaming accounts).



BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 7):

• Primary Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a brand new

double vanity.

• Second Bedroom: Offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and own smart tv.

• Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room also

includes a vintage student desk, providing a dedicated workspace.



KITCHEN & DINING:

• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, from a quick snack to a full family

dinner.

• Includes full-sized appliances, a toaster oven, and a Keurig coffee maker.

• We provide dishware for six, starter breakfast items, and essentials like dishwashing and laundry detergent, bathroom essentials (soaps and toilet paper).



Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ( with $15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes:

• The full 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.

• The attached garage.

• A private, fully fenced-in backyard, perfect for children and pets to play safely.



Check-in is simple and flexible with our self check-in process.

Please note the following:

• One closet is kept locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests within the primary bedroom bathroom.

• While we provide high-speed Wi-Fi, we do not offer cable TV service. The Smart TVs are available for you to use with your own streaming subscription logins.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area of Fayetteville, The Strickland Stopover offers guests a peaceful, suburban setting with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The neighborhood is known for its calm atmosphere, making it ideal for families, traveling professionals, and military guests.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car, with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Raeford and Skibo Road making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• DAMAGE PROTECTION: We partner with Know Your Guest for guest verification. You will have the

option to purchase a $35 non-refundable damage waiver covering up to $500 in accidental damage,

or provide a $500 refundable security deposit (which includes a $15 processing fee).

• POTENTIAL FEES: Please be aware of potential fees for policy violations, including a $250 smoking

fee, a $25 lockout fee, and an additional cleaning fee of $120-$350 if the home is left in an excessively

messy condition.

• POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Due to our proximity to the local military base, you may occasionally hear

aircraft or other loud noises.

• ACCESSIBILITY: This home is a single-level property but is not wheelchair accessible.

• SAFETY: We recommend constant supervision of pets and children in the home and yard.

• STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter set of household essentials like paper products, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods to get you started. Should you need more, there are several stores conveniently located nearby.

• CHECKOUT PROCEDURES: To help our cleaning staff prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with a few simple tasks upon checkout:

1. Please place all garbage in a bin.

2. Place all used towels in the provided laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.

3. Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.

We're here to make your experience seamless--from self check-in to local recommendations and anything you may need for your stay. We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9:30AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
