Relax at the serene Razorback Trailside Bungalow! Located right off of the Razorback Greenway near Clear Creek Trail, this centrally located bungalow-style home is the perfect place for friends and family. We are located near Uptown Fayetteville but peacefully tucked away off of Clear Creek. Walk down to the creek for fishing, kayaking, and swimming or jump on the trail for hiking and biking. Or enjoy the several shopping centers, entertainment venues, and restaurants nearby.

We have a fully equipped home with everything you need for a long weekend or even longer stay!

2 bedroom and two bath will comfortably sleep 4 adults, 2 in each bedroom. The neighborhood is also older, with some homes being renovated/remodeled. We never had to issues, but for some families I would recommend using street view on Google maps at the neighborhood before reserving. Again, can’t stress enough that we had no concerns or worries at anytime. Just wanting people to make informed decisions.

Very clean!!!! Lots of extra that many VRBOs do not have. Toiletries, including toothpaste and toothbrush! We forgot our toothpaste! Spices for cooking, in case… nice selection of football watching channels.

The house was great. Easy to find, very cute and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have some big serving bowls and pans with lids that fit but everything else was perfect. My kids loved all the games and toys and they really enjoyed the trundle bed. Overall it was a delightful stay.

Excellent Stay

Very clean and comfortable. The host has an eye for those little details to make their guests comfortable - house info folder, makeup cloths, lots of coasters, creamer and flavored coffee pods, cozy fleece throw. The outdoor couch was particularly a nice spot to enjoy my morning coffee.

Rained out softball tournament

The house was the perfect fit for our stay. We came to town for softball, and ended up spending most of our time indoors due to the storms. The property was very clean and had a perfect spot to sit outside and just listen to the rain fall. Very cozy spot and will definitely keep them in mind when looking to stay in the area again.

Cozy Stay Near Downtown Fayetteville

We had a fantastic stay at this charming bungalow near downtown Fayetteville! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the city’s attractions. The home was cozy and well-stocked, with plenty of board games and a video game console that kept us entertained during downtime. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the nearby trail! The host was friendly and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for a fun and comfortable getaway!

Great stay right by trail

Our stay overall was great! The house is small but plenty of room for 6 adults! (Not sure how it sleeps 8?) We were a little disappointed that the PAC-Man machine wasn’t there and the outdoor small drink fridge was missing, but those were bonus items that weren’t absolutely necessary. They had a Christmas tree set up and some festive things around the home. We stay in and cook and the kitchen could use some more things like mixing bowls, but it had enough for us to make it work. The double oven is good, but small and won’t fit a turkey. There are some maintenance things they are working on, but it didn’t affect our stay. The house is very dog-friendly with a big backyard. It also had enough parking for 5 cars! The trail is close and we went on it everyday, even when it was raining. The location is in an older part of town, but right by the police station and we felt very safe.

Moms Weekend!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The attention to detail was outstanding—everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it felt like a home away from home. The place was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra linens. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. They were also very responsive and available whenever we had any questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It was the perfect spot for a moms' weekend, and we would absolutely love to come back!

Location to bike trails is sooo convenient.

We loved the location of the property cause the entrance to the bike trail is easy to get to. All we had to do is hop on our bikes and go a little ways down the street to the entrance. We didn't need to load up our bikes in the car and find a trailhead. The property had available everything we needed. We will be back.

We stayed two nights. The house was an overnight stay mostly. We were there all Saturday afternoon while Heather and her bridesmaids got ready. The rules aren't pet friendly, but we made due. One bedroom door was broken. One bathroom was locked. We slept well, that's what we were looking for.

Quick fishing weekend trip

Had a great time with fishing buddies- great place to stay at and cook/ hangout after swimming and trying to spear some fish in the lake. This place has all of the cooking items, which for our group was super helpful. We all had a great time!

Perfect getaway spot

We loved enjoying a relaxing long weekend here with friends! Quiet neighborhood and extremely clean home. Perfect spot away from the traffic but close enough if you want to go to a game or downtown! Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and was a nice place to stay with our dogs due to a nice backyard and waliing distance to a trail. We had a delay in our check in but the property manager communicated with us quickly and kept us in the loop. This is a comfortable place to stay to get to many amenities near fayetteville.

Amazing location and property

Our stay here was so much fun! It was the perfect location for our group right near the campus. The house was also a good fit for our group of 6 with beautiful nature surrounding the area too. We loved hanging out in the backyard to end our day, would 100% recommend staying here! Thank you for the hospitality!
