The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home! As soon as you arrive, you'll find ample parking space in our driveway, accommodating up to four cars. A short flight of stairs will lead you to our charming covered front porch, where you can unwind and feel the warmth of our personal haven.

Step inside and make yourself comfortable in our beautiful living room, filled with abundant natural light from numerous windows. With a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku, it's the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate after exploring the beauty of our city. This cozy living room is sure to become your favorite place to unwind, just like it is for us!

Our fully equipped eat-in kitchen, complete with all the essentials, offers a delightful space for settling in and feeling "at home." Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a laundry room for added convenience. We've also created a welcoming formal dining area with seating for up to six, perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories.

As you explore further, you'll discover four spacious bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide cozy sleeping options for everyone in your group. Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed, bedroom #3 has two full-size beds, and bedroom #4 is furnished with two twin-size beds. Additionally, you'll have access to two full bathrooms—one with a tub shower combo and the other with a refreshing standalone shower.

Step into our backyard oasis, fully enclosed with a fence, where you'll find a grill and a picnic table beckoning you to enjoy quality time with family and friends. It's the perfect setting to end your day, surrounded by the comforts of our personal sanctuary.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Getting Around:
We are located just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and with in walking distance to local dining and shops. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
