Communication is Key

• In the event there is any doubt about how something works on the property or if there are any issues, please communicate with the host. The main goal for the host is to ensure all guests have a safe, comfortable and relaxing stay.

• If anything is damaged due to accident or on purpose, it is to be reported immediately to the host. Inspections are conducted before and after all stays to ensure a guest is not wrongfully charged a fine for any damages. All fines for damage will be based on the cost of the item or repair.

• We’re pretty laid back and accommodating. We’re more than happy to offer any assistance if you need recommendations or resources. Our interaction with guests can be as active or minimal as desired. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and secure.
