Great Game Day/Great House

Great location! Conveniently located. Very nice home. Attention to detail throughout!! Extra amenities in the home. Toiletries, left over paper towels, spices, paper plates. Whatever last person leaves, you enjoy, etc. Nice back patio, it’s small but nice. Book it!!

Fantastic stay

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. It was extremely clean and every detail had been considered. The kids were so excited to find the snacks that were in the welcome basket. We really could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our son!

Lovely home situated perfectly in Fayetteville. My family had a great visit. The only thing i would suggest is to give instructions on how to use the tv. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Location location location

This VRBO is a couple miles from campus. It was perfect for a visit with our Razorback. The neighbors are quiet and when the weather was nice, we could leave the patio door open (screen door) to enjoy the fresh air. Our hosts left us a welcome basket with snacks and water and they had coffee pods for the coffee maker. The house had laundry supplies and kitchen spices too. We played games on the patio while watching TV outside (loved the patio space). And the garage was completely empty so we could park our car inside overnight. Our hosts were also quick to respond when we had questions. Would rent again!

Better than we expected

We were just wanting a place to stay for the Razorback game and ended with a place we probably will come back to every year. Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. Very cozy and felt right at home.

My family and I loved stayed at The Kiss property. It was exactly what we needed for our trip.

We had zero problems renting this property. Communication with the owner was perfect, quick responses and perfect details. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Kiss Delivers a Perfect Stay for Our Vacation

The Kiss property, nestled in a small suburban community in Fayetteville Arkansas, was a perfect family retreat for our family vacation. Jam packed with everything you could possibly need or ask for, this property delivers! You could see and feel every attention to detail the host puts into the property to ensure you are not only renting a house, you are partaking in an experience. Personalized welcome basket, impressed toiletpaper rolls, and family games indoors and outdoors makes for a perfect gathering spot while you're in town. Marija was attentive and communicative throughout our entire stay, ensuring we had the best experience, and we did! Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property and this will definitely be our 'go to' location for our next trip to Fayetteville.
