The ground floor welcomes you into a bright living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofabed, complemented by an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV with DVD player. This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, along with a dining table for shared meals. A separate WC completes the ground floor. The upper floor is home to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed as follows: the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and its own bath with WC; the second bedroom also offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm; the third bedroom is fitted with 2 individual beds and a bath with WC; and the fourth is a smaller room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 170 cm in length, ideal for younger guests.
