On the ground floor, a spacious living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This room opens directly onto the terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor, 1 room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom. The remaining 2 rooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room and a separate WC serve these 2 upper-floor rooms. The property also benefits from a private outdoor pool measuring 8 x 4 m, available from 01.04.21 to 15.09.21 depending on weather conditions, as well as an outdoor shower. The terrace, partly roofed, overlooks a lawn of 500 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
