"I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here. Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on. "The food was really good. Although no elevator the staff were super accommodating as my older mother was traveling with me and they carried bags to our room. The English hot tea was best we had in England. "
