"여기랑 핀란드도 스칸딕 계열사에서 장박 했는데요. 특이점이 있다면 호텔의 clean up 또는 make up room service에 대한 부분입니다. 보통 서비스를 요청하면 전체적인 청소 및 침구 교체를 진행 할 것이라고 예상하는데, 제가 이해한 clean/make up room 개념이 다른건지, 요청 시 바닥 청소나 침구 교체를 진행해 주지 않았습니다. 침구 : 단순히 사용한 침구를 정리 해주기만 하였음 (머리카락이 두 호텔 다 잔존해있었음) 화장실과 그외 마루 : 바닥의 머리카락 청소 안되어있음 수건 : 사용했다고 티낸 수건에 ..."
