"Location was good .The beds were comfortable. The down fall was after we checked in we had a issue with the toilet make a noise every 4 minutes went to front desk and told them the lady wrote it down on paper and said she wasn't sure if maintenance guy had left for the day (Sunday ) the day we checked in if he had left it would be Monday before they could look at it ..so Monday he fixed it from making the noise but then we had water in the bathroom floor he came back worked on it again Tuesday...

"The property has an excellent view of the lake. We loved that are suite came with two bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only fault that we saw with our suite was that one of the two shower heads was not working. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent! The breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit and the staff had the breakfast bar well stocked."

"BE AWARE I did a reservation for my son, when He arrived there were bed bugs on his room. He went to the front desk to let them know the situation and let them know that He will not stay there. I tied to have a solution from EXPEDIA and they wash their hands telling me that the Hotel didn’t want to make a full refund, it doesn’t matter that my son didn’t stayed there.
I wasn’t expected that attitude from EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE for a Platinum Member."

"I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. The kids were very much looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but that didn’t work out as the smell of chlorine was overpowering and...
