  • A newly-furnished modern luxury family villa. Air conditioned, sleeps up to 8 people along with a private swimming pool. Sitting at the top of a small hill the house has amazing views stretching to the hills and the sea. A view which is equally impressive at night with all the town lights and stars above across into the sea. The house is located no more that 15 minutes by car of some of the best beaches, golf courses, local markets and shopping centers and the old main town of Loule. The main road N125 and A22 motorway stretching the whole of the Algarve are also both within 10 minutes’ drive of the villa.
    The heated/cooled pool makes any time a good time for a dip. Outdoor Table Football and Ping Pong Table provide hours of fun. The back gardens of the property are maintained throughout the year with tropical plants and flowers, mature canopy trees allowing for shady areas during the midday sun, a perfect place to relax in one of the hammocks.

Beautiful Villa, Great Hosts

Our first impression of the villa was how clean it was. However the best part was the sweeping views of the hills and ocean. The hosts were attentive to any questions in a timely way. All in all a wonderful place to see the southern part of Portugal.

Family Vacation

Great house with plenty of room. Pool and views at night were great. Some appliances were challenging to work but I think that was language barrier. We visited lots of great beaches in the area. You definitely need a car. Great vacation.

Beautiful property

What a lovely, relaxing home this is. There are neighbors nearby, but the house is situated so that it looks over the valley, but you can't see the houses nearby, making it feel very private. The upstairs balcony was one of my favorite spots. At the end of the day, it was the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass of wine, and listen to the sounds of the Algarve at night.

Au calme et spacieuse, la villa offre un cadre reposant et central en Algarve

L'espace des pièces et les jeux sont très appréciables. la localisation de la villa dans un coin calme est parfait, tout en permettant de visiter l'Algarve depuis de coin central. La piscine chauffée a fait la joie des enfants. Tout était parfait.

Huge house, impeccably clean and well maintained

Everything was fantastic. Near lots of things to do and see, yet in a very private and quiet spot. It was impeccably clean -- it was like being in a brand-new home.

Magnificent Property

A bit difficult to find initially, but this property exceeded all expectations. Clean, well-furnished, and very tastefully decorated, there were personal touches throughout. Great views, well-maintained, comfortable beds ... we loved everything about it. A few suggestions: it's nice not to have to go out and buy kitchen basics like salt, pepper, paper towels and napkins, but these are minor. Overall we loved the property and will be back if at all possible.

Beautiful

Beautiful property and house. After a day of sightseeing or the beach it was great to get back and relax by the pool and enjoy a barbecue. Kids had fun playing a game of ping pong or foosball.

Our great stay at Casa da Fonte

We had a great stay at this lovely villa set in a peaceful and secluded location. It has all the facilities necessary for an effortless stay and is beautifully presented. Whilst staying we had a family wedding near by and the villa was a great base from which to operate. We also had our six month old grandson with us and he was able to enjoy his first dip in the swimming pool. On a practical note there are supermarkets nearby in Loule and a number of nice restaurants in the small towns and villages around Telihero. Sergio and Sonia were easily accessible online and came back quickly. Housekeeper Gloria was lovely as well. In summary a great place for a relaxing family holiday.

Wonderful and beautiful vacation

We were 2 families with 2 kids each, Villa is in a stunning and comfortable location but a car is a must. We enjoyed the facilities and Sergio and Sonia are really helpful. Kids also enjoyed the house, we definitely recommend this to friends. Wifi worked brilliantly worked for work also. It may be great if the temperatures were a little bit higher.

Exceptional Vacation Property

We had the great fortune of finding this amazing villa with a breathtaking view. There were three couples in our party. The amenities and premises are newly renovated with all the comforts of home plus more. The owners Sergio and Sonia were so helpful with their recommendations and suggestions for local sites to see. Home was very comfortable , nice kitchen.Appliances were a little difficult and the washer/ dryer took hours to use. Needed any type of towel in the kitchen.Could use exhaust fans in bathrooms.Overall home was very comfortable for 3 couples.Beds were comfortable.Location was nice with a good view.Nice pool area .Wish we were there when the weather was warmer, but the owners did offer to heat the pool.Nice to have a barbecue.Wifi worked well.Cable channels limited to Portuguese.Landscaping was beautiful.Lots of amenities.Would recommend this home to a friend.

Perfect Holiday Accommodation

We spent 2 weeks in this wonderful villa and we really enjoyed every single minute. We were five - me & my husband, my parents and my uncle and let me tell you, this was the best house we´ve ever rented. It´s spacious, very luxurious, above average clean and very well equipped. It has a large pool, we wanted to leave no more at over 30 degrees temperature. We had a beautiful view to the sea and it´s quiet & peaceful in the neighborhood. We recommend to rent a car so you´re flexible in your activities. There´s also a small Mini Market for grocery nearby but it´s easier with a car, especially with the hot temperatures. The opportunity to play table tennis is a big plus, so it´s never getting boring (exept you love table tennis ...) We definately would recommend this accommodation & also book it the next time in portugal!! Thanks also to Sergio & Sonia for the perfect communication in advance and we hope you will keep this in that perfect condition as it is.
