"The staff at this hotel are the highlight! Everyone was so kind and attentive. Hotel is small but lovely with a great restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to get to Bridgetown or other areas to eat/walk around, outside of Oistins (which is open outside of Friday Night Fish Fry, but in my experience was very quiet)."

"South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar. "Had a great stay at Gemini! Geri welcomed us like family. We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. Breakfast is always something I look forward for she prepares it herself and is always hearty breakfast. Very good location. Close to bus stop and minimart. Looking forward of going back to Barbados! "This is a great little hotel hidden away on the beach about 15 min from the airport. It’s not in a tourist area, residential all around it, but it’s nicely done, right on the water, and there’s vibe is super welcoming. Rooms are basic, good wifi, good water pressure, comfortable bed, and very clean. Nice pool right next to the ocean, and there’s an all-day bar + restaurant. Sat at the bar for dinner and the food was great, big rack of ribs done to perfection, even for a Texan who knows...

"The Butterfly is in great location to Oistins and catching a van or bus to Bridgetown since it is on the main road. Be very careful going out the back gate to the beach the rocks are very slippery due to the moss and you could fall and hurt yourself very badly."

"Rooms are on the 2nd floor or above, no elevator, you either pay someone to take your bags to the room or lug them up 2 or more flights - was not easy. The beach is close but the seaweed there turns it brown, so it seems a bit uninviting. Price was good"

"I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!"
