I am very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, I was given a freshly painted room with such a strong paint smell that I couldn’t breathe. After being moved, the shower in the second room didn’t work. On top of that, the lights were out for two days. My husband and I own businesses and needed a place to work, but after being told to use the coffee shop, none of the outlets worked. When I asked for help charging my phone, I was met with an attitude instead of assistance. For the past three days, the hotel has seemed to prioritize school groups over other guests. The loud and disruptive students made it impossible to relax or enjoy the pool. I also spent nearly three hours trying to get an answer about a late checkout, only to be told it wasn’t available. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was handed a comments form instead. Over 500 drunk teenagers daily. Overall, this stay has been unacceptable, and I believe compensation is warranted for the numerous inconveniences and poor customer service.

Do not take the fact free gifts This is my second time here and this was the last time they are extremely rude and pushy threatening you to buy a time share I went with my fiancée and one of the staff literally yelled at of us for refusing to buy a time share to the point we where in a fully blown screaming argument this is not not how we wanted to spend our vacation. They promise you a free excursion for the price of you being yelled at and forced to pay thousands of dollars to buy a time share and when you refuse they got very nasty Room service is $15 per call that is not all inclusive Our mini bar fridge was hot and did not function and was only restocked once the whole week we were there Allll the staff expect tips and if you don’t tip they’ll leave your room a mess and hit you with fake charges in your room None of the properties hot tubs work or family attractions where operational the place is under fake construction
