"Mi experiencia ni fue muy buena. Contrate dos noches una de habitación superior y otra de una suite. En la habitación superior al ir a bañarme se salió la llave y no pude ducharme. Al día siguiente según lo contratado me cambiaron a una suite, pero al regresar por la tarde mis cosas las habían regresado a una habitación ni siquiera superior sino regular. El encargado no supo explicar la razón, encima la habitación tenía el toilette muy sucio, el caño no tenía mezcladora de agua, dos grifos uno...

"Arriving after 10pm greeted by friendly owner who advised of local fat boys cafe for breakfast which was indeed exvellent and good value. Room basic but comfortable and decent for a 1 night aray"

"Everything about our trip was lovely. Except the room we were given. Our room 17 located at the back of the building above the kitchen. The noise of the air con units from the kitchen started work about 4am. There was no air con in the room and it was extremely warm in there. We couldn’t open the windows because of the noise. Phylis Court is a lovely place to stay if you don’t have this type of room. The service is above and beyond the location is delightful and so near the town "

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "

"I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks"

"One night stay at the property before our flight from Heathrow Airport, lovely place and facilities for what our family of 4 needed. Food at the restaurant was outstanding especially the Sunday roast definitely recommend the property and restaurant and would use the property in the future as Heathrow Airport was close by and easy to access. "Hotel has good location. Room (Victoria, on first floor) was large and clean. Easy access into room using keypad. Owner was helpful with issue booking through hotels.com. Allowed us an early check in, which was appreciated. We did have an issue where we were woken up around midnight with the lights flickering on and off, a smell of electrical wires burning and a sound of electric arcing. This went on until about 2 am and then stopped. We were worried the rest of the night there may be a fire,...
