Southwestern Home with Golf Course Views

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with recent updates. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, mountain bike trails, and Farmington Lake. Enjoy views of the golf course from the backyard. Granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower unit while the master bathroom has a tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest bedrooms have queen sized beds.

Fabulous southwest house on country club golf course property

We loved this property, and will stay here again and refer it to friends and family. Beautiful native southwest home, clean, quiet, spacious. Comfortable beds. We walked every morning through the beautiful golf course community. Golfed the country club course. Close to everything. 100% recommend.

Beautiful Location

The house was spacious and exactly what we were hoping for. We were thankful for the nice coffee selection and coffee maker. The rental process was easy. We only wished there had been more than two chairs on the back patio, and that they had been more comfortable (they were beautiful) and that there had been a few more. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio overlooking the golf course, The neighborhood was very friendly

This home was awesome!!! Very nice and very clean!!! And priced very affordable!!! The fresh roses were pretty, the snacks that were left were very thoughtful!! I would have liked to pick it up and move it with me!! Thank you again!!!

Pleasant long term stay with all the amenities.

I stayed here for a month with my wife and a friend for a work trip. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The internet was fast and there was a nice dedicated work space that I used the entire month with no issues. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The living room was a nice place to hang out in the evenings to watch tv or a movie or play video games. The back patio was a nice place to eat lunch during the day while looking out directly onto the golf course. The garages were big enough for our two cars (and even a third if needed). Mandie was a very responsive and kind host. When we had any minor needs she was quick to respond and help. Check-in and check out were super easy. Overall it hardly could have been better and we are so happy that we chose this place!
