  • As you pull into the private entrance of the Cedar Lodge you will be inspired by the whispers of the babbling brook running through the property. This four bedroom and two bath home with two separate living areas is gorgeously decorated in a rustic theme. As you enter the home you are greeted by an enormous two sided decorative fireplace surrounded in beautiful stone. The fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area is lined with floor to ceiling windows that is sure to allow you to catch a glimpse of the area wildlife as you start your day off at the Cedar Lodge. The spacious living areas with hardwood floors are the perfect places to grab a book, watch your favorite television show, or just relax with the family. The first floor also offers a bedroom, bathroom, laundry area and stone bar. The upper level of the home is accented with beautiful hard wood floors featuring three bedrooms and a full bath. The natural stone and rustic wood interior throughout the home is sure to put your mind and body at ease. After an adventure filled day in Ohiopyle the backyard is the perfect place for your group to unwind! The Stony Fork Creek borders the property and offers serene seating areas on the property. There is a roomy deck which overlooks the backyard and hosts a large picnic table and charcoal grill for outdoor entertaining! There is also a stone fire pit and horseshoe area for your guests to unwind and get that ringer!! This property is dog friendly. Max of 2 dogs * Additional flat fee is charged per pet, if needed, after we receive your signed Rental Agreement. A stay at the Cedar Lodge is sure to create lasting memories for your entire group.

Cedar Lodge has plenty of room for relaxing indoors as well as outdoors! The large kitchen is well equipped. Covered rear deck provides outdoor time even if its raining and the hot tub was a welcome relief after hiking in Ohiopyle.

The house is dated, but nice and clean. No dishwasher isn’t ideal for a place that holds 12. Each meal created lots of dirty dishes.The area is far removed from a lot an activities. Especially going in winter. There wasn’t a whole lot near us to do, especially in the winter. But We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed each other’s company and all in all had a great time.

Great Stay in PA!!

Property was great! Good space outside for activities, including hot tub and fire pits. Close to many other outdoor activities. Would stay again if our travels brought us this way.

Enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge very much. Regrettably, we had to leave a day earlier than reserved. A cozy and spacious home in a lovely rural area, close to several historical and architectural treasures and a few nice places to eat. Only issue was that the place had a pretty noticeable musty odor, maybe from recent rains, to the point where it affected the sleep of one member of our group. Otherwise, a very nice place for gathering with family & friends.

We had a great time at Cedar Lodge. The yard, firepit, and creek were perfect for playing and relaxing. The house was cute and convenient to all activities we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Stone House restaurant was amazing! The house was exactly as shown. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. I loved listening to the creek out back.

Overall great property! Could have used a dishwasher as it is a house that accommodates 12 people….lots of dishes to do! Loved the Christmas tree set in place for us - gave the weekend a great Christmas vibe!

White water rafting trip.

Outstanding trip, enjoyed caverns, whitewater rafting, Fallingwater and nature. House was well equipped, clean and a perfect place to eat and rest between activities. Hot tub added to the relaxing time with friends and family. Also there is a great park that we enjoyed for disc golf and pickleball. Cedar lodge made a perfect home away from home.

40th birthday all girls trip

We hiked Ohiopyle State Park and grabbed coffee from some of the cutest shops!! We spent our days exploring and the nights in the hot tub or watching movies. You cant see neighbors and its so peacful with the running stream on the property. If we visit the are again we will definetly stay here again!! Great rental and location!
