The neighborhood is a mix of full-time residents and fellow cottagers. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours, neighbors, shared lake-access areas, and private road.

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.

🌱 Please Note: The grass around the cabin is newly planted and still growing, so we kindly ask guests to avoid unnecessary heavy foot traffic on these areas.

🔒 Owner/Cleaner Storage
Two storage rooms are locked and reserved for owner and cleaner use.

🚤 Shared Boat Launch & Dock
Guests may also use the community's shared boat launch and dock access lot.

Please keep in mind that these are shared spaces. Be respectful of other guests, residents, and their belongings, and leave the areas clean and accessible for everyone.

🏠 Guest Responsibilities

To help keep the cabin and surrounding community safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, guests agree to:

🚫 Not damage, alter, or remove anything from the property or its contents.
⚠️ Not bring hazardous substances onto the property.
📋 Follow all applicable laws and community/property rules.
🤫 Respect neighbors and observe designated quiet hours.
🐾 Not bring pets without prior written approval from management.
🚽 Flush toilet paper only. Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, or other items.
💼 Not use the property for unauthorized commercial purposes.
🔑 Not sublease, transfer, or assign the reservation without prior written approval from management.
🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.

This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes/vapes, marijuana, and other smoking substances.

A $500 smoking violation fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the cabin.

🔧 Management Access

Management may need to access the property when reasonably necessary for repairs, maintenance, emergencies, or other property-related matters.

Except in emergencies or when immediate access is required, reasonable notice will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

⚡ Power Outages

Power outages caused by severe weather or regional utility issues are outside of our control. If a widespread outage affects the property, compensation for affected days may not be available when the outage is caused by circumstances beyond the owner's or management's control.
