COTTAGE:
The cottage is located on a quiet, spring water fed Riddle Lake, few minute drive from the town of Bancroft and its many attractions. A unique feature of the cottage is its location on the water with a full view of the lake.
This is a two level dwelling, newly renovated to offer:
Lower level: two bedrooms (double bed each-sleeps 4) and a full washroom
Main level: living room with a separate TV viewing area; one bedroom (double bed-sleeps 2); full washroom; fully equipped kitchen with an island (sitting 6 people).
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
(2) Stand up paddle boards, (1) Paddle Boat, (5) Kayaks, (1) Canoe, (1) Row Boat with trolling motor.
BBQ, fire pit.
Foosball, Billiard table, Badminton/Volleyball net.
Shallow water by cottage, easy access for kids, no weeds in the water, deep by the end of the dock, excellent for jumping.
BBQ propane and some bonfire wood provided at no extra costs.
