This detached cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Fanore and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Cúnna Bán is a lovely detached cottage on the outskirts of the village of Fanore, County Clare. This single storey cottage sleeps six people in three king-size double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast table and breakfast bar, a dining room and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a rear patio with furniture. Cúnna Bán is an ideal getaway for sandy beaches, the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands.

Amenities: Oil central heating, with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair (no cot bedding provided). Off road parking for 4 cars. Rear patio with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to livestock in the surrounding fields, pets must be kept on a lead when outside the property.

Region: County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.

Town: Fanore in County Clare is a popular village with walkers, surfers and tourists. Ten miles away is Lisdoonvarna - Ireland's premier Spa town and Doolin is 9 miles away.

Great House!

I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful house! It is in the beautiful little town of Fanore, which is a great location to tour the west coast of Ireland. The pub down the street became our nightly ritual. They treated us like we were their local friends and neighbors. The view of the Atlantic from the house is incredible. The house itself is warm and inviting. I highly recommend this house!
