The crystal clear (and unedited) water at Fanning Springs State Park. You can see all of the rock formations on the bottom below. Nice place to go if you're looking to swim! Manatees have been spotted here in the colder months. There are many other springs in the area so you can visit a few in one day!
I was heading back to Alabama from visiting my family in Florida when I pulled over at Ft. Fanning State Park to take a break. This bright blue springs is a great place to kayak out to see manatee, alligators, vultures that migrate here in mass and plenty of other wildlife. Also fun for scuba and swimming!

“A cool place for cool people” Bob’s River Place where kids and adults have been coming for over 40 years. This is not a water park it’s a swimming hole along the Swannee River. Bob who still sits out there with us helping us sit on the rope swings correctly. There are 2 slides and a lot of river fun for all river ages.
