At Salt Breeze Stay start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, surrounded by fresh Cape Cod air and peaceful nature. When you’re ready to unwind, the sunroom is the perfect cozy spot to curl up with a book or simply take in the view. Whether you're basking in the sunshine outside or enjoying a quiet moment indoors, these spaces are made for pure relaxation.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
