"Great location but be prepared for the climb back up the hill from town! The parking involved a bit of shuffling but it was easy enough and superb to have an EV charger. We had the smallest room which doesn’t have a seaview but we knew that before coming and the room was lovely and cosy, with plush carpets, linen and towels. I wasn't sure what it'd be like without a staffed reception but it was easy to get hold of someone if you needed anything."

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Warm, personal & unrushed check-in by Margaret. Loved the room with view of the island. Spotless and immaculate bedroom and throughout. Our son was doing the 1/2 marathon so we had to leave before breakfast. Margaret gave us a takeaway breakfast "
