"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

"Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door. "

"Perfect location. Amazing views from your own bench set and fire pit or the porch. Cabin was very clean with all mod cons - even USB charging points. Comfortable bed and the best shower I’ve even experienced on a campsite. Owner was polite, friendly and helpful. We booked an extra night and will definitely be staying again - next time with dog!"

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"Really nice property in an amazing location, the cottage was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, cosy and in a great location with shops nearby, take away’s and plenty of local scenery to enjoy. "The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
