Welcome to Woodoven House, a warm and inviting home in South Crete — thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and the simple pleasures of island life. Whether you're cooling off in the private pool, baking pizza in the wood oven, or watching a film under the stars, this is a space made for unforgettable moments.

As you enter from the street, you’re greeted by a spacious patio with a wood-fired BBQ to the left and a raised swimming pool with steps for easy access to the right. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, dining, or lounging with a glass of wine. At the far end, you'll find a projector screen set up for cozy open-air movie nights.

Step inside and you're welcomed into the open-plan living space, designed with soft tones and thoughtful details. The living area features a stylish mirror straight ahead, a large wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable seating area — ideal for unwinding after a day of sun and sea.

Beyond the living space, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, smartly positioned so they’re not immediately visible when you enter the home. The modern bathroom is easily accessible directly from this space.

Both bedrooms have queen-size beds (1.6 x 2 m) and air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep.

Throughout the house, you’ll feel the care that’s gone into every detail. Your hosts — a local family who grow their own organic produce — will welcome you with a seasonal basket of fruits and vegetables from their land. It’s their way of sharing the warmth of true Cretan filoxenia with you.
