The Space:
Designed to blend seamlessly with the traditional charm of rural Crete, Phaistos Villas were crafted by local artisans using authentic materials. Each of the three 100m² villas is spread over two levels, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style.
On the ground floor, an inviting living room creates a cozy atmosphere, featuring a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. The space flows effortlessly into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a stylish dining area—perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed setting.
Upstairs, two elegantly designed bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat—one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The space is complemented by a fully equipped bathroom, an additional WC, and a large modern shower room, all designed in soft, muted tones to enhance the airy and tranquil ambiance.
Outside, guests can unwind in the serene surroundings, taking in panoramic views of the Messara Valley while enjoying access to a private swimming pool—an exclusive haven of relaxation.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all living areas of the two-storey villa, as well as the common areas of the three villas and the beautiful 40m² pool (1.5m depth), centrally located within the complex.

Airport Transfer
Sivas is about 60 kms away or about one hour drive from Herakleion International Airport “N. Kazantzakis”. Transportation from and to the airport can be arranged at a fixed price prior to your flight.
Car Rental
Car reservation can be arranged prior to your trip. Booking ahead is highly advisable for the months of July and August.
Bicycle Rental
If you feel fit and energetic you may opt to explore the area by bicycle and we will be happy to make necessary reservations for you. Bicycles for kids are available as well, if timely requested.
Bike Riding
A great way to explore places where cars cannot go, at least without sustaining severe damage on the back roads of the countryside, and for all the bike fanatics amongst you we will be pleased to make arrangements for touring around the valleys and the gorges on motorbikes. Please contact us well prior to your visit for prices and availability.
Cleaning, Washing and Ironing Services
Since the villas are self-catered, there will be an extra cost for housekeeping should you desire such services during your stay.
Two sets each of bed linen and towels per bedroom will be provided during your stay. Additional sets will be available to you upon request.
A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal at the villa but in case you do not want even to think about such chores, a cleaning lady may be hired to take care of them for you.
