Cozy two bedroom, fully furnished apartment

Come and relax in this two bedroom fully furnished apartment great for a couples weekend, solo getaway, visiting family, sporting events, ice fishing, or golf tournaments. Several restaurants, bars, parks, and lakes are all with in walking distance from your room. If you are traveling as a family, a pack n'play is available. We also provide a small selection of toys, books, and games for young children to enjoy during your stay. Queen bed mattress, bed frame, bedding, and pillows new in April 2022

About this space
Fairmont has many beautiful parks, lakes, walking trails, and bike trails to offer. With your place located near downtown Fairmont you will have easy access to shopping, restaurants and everything this beautiful city has to offer.

New carpet and pad installed throughout in 2022. Each bedroom is equipped with a tower fan for comfortable sleeping. The living room has a air purifier that Filters the air at the industry-recommended rate of 4.8x an hour (or about every 12.5 minutes). The kitchen has a coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, paper towels, oil,spices & salt and pepper available. We provide hand and dish soap, shower gel,shampoo, conditioner body wash and a selection of cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Comfortable small apartment
Everything was clean and well prepared. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Not many frills, but a fine place to stay. Location is within walking distance of some restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

The living area of the property was fantastic. Spacious with full amenities (there was even a slow cooker in the kitchen cabinet!). Very clean, very well maintained. Everything worked. The two bedrooms had more than enough wardrobe space and hangers, full set of towels was provided for our week's stay. The railway was close by but did not interrupt our sleep. Other tenants in the apartment building were friendly and cordial. Entry through the door marked as 104 1/2 caused us to wonder when we checked in but Dustin was quick to connect with and fully attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay, short or extended.

Great accommodation us & adult kids
Apartment was very clean and provided good accommodations for my wife and I plus our two adult kids. We were able to use the roll out bed in addition to the two bedrooms. As others have noted, the apartment is on 2nd floor after a climb up an indoor stairway to this unit plus 3 other apartments. The stairway is scruffy, but the apartment is nicely updated. Window A/Cs provided good comfort even though hot and humid outside. Dustin very responsive to questions. We would rent again if needed 2-3 sleeping areas.

Inexpensive, clean and central
The building doesn’t look like much, and the accommodations are very basic. However, it is clean, kitchen items are new, and it is just a block from the Central Plaza downtown area. It was perfect for our small family for a short family reunion visit. Note that there are a washer and dryer in a hallway outside the unit, not in the unit itself. That was really the only downside for us, because using it would have tied us to staying in the apartment or nearby while the machines ran (since they are shared).

Genealogy Field Research
My son and I stay over the weekend at the truly sweet apartment. It was truly appropriate place with it's vintage feel and being an apartment over the store, like in the old days. It was super clean. It all worked out very well. Dustin was great. The stairs are old-fashioned also, but I love the whole vibe of the place. Thank you Dustin for the great visit. Love Martin County and all the people. We found out a lot about our family. My second visit, but I will be back. Joline

Loved this apartment.
Cute two bedroom apartment in the older part of Fairmont Minnesota. Very clean and recently updated. Had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very positive and timely. Fairmont brewing company just around a corner. Enjoyed an ice cold beer!

Holiday visit
We rented this apartment for a long holiday weekend to give our kids a bit more space to run around than a hotel room would offer. There were a variety of games at the apartment as well as a nice sized living room for them to hang out in. As a bonus for the adults, the new brewery that opened is just downstairs and around the corner. The host was also great, he checked in every few days to make sure we didn't need anything. Only note would be that the unit doesn't have its own laundry (shared machines down the hall) in case that matters.
