"This was a lakeside family cabin. It was clean and amenities all worked. Ample hot water, cooking, tv etc all very good, and beautiful lakeside view. Including a resident duck family, who visited. "

"The view is spectacular! The rooms are very clean, with a microwave, complimentary coffee and tea and dishware for you to eat in the room. The heating works perfectly and the rooms are very well insulated, so you can be very warm at one of the coldest places in NZ. The staff was also very helpful and gave as a map with all the local attractions and recommendations. Overall a great place for a very decent price!"

"This is a clean and nice Motor Lodge style accommodation, have stayed here twice and would stay again. Easy to walk into the local pub for dinner and the walks around Geraldine are pleasant. Room is generous size and the kitchenette includes a stove top which is handy. "
